To get the most out of your immersive Quest, every paid player will engage directly with our experience via WhatsApp—receiving live directions, clues, and even playing a key role for the team. If your group includes family members, such as young children who might not have a smartphone, we recommend booking only for those who will actively participate. This way, you're ensuring that each slot contributes fully to your adventure.
What happens after purchase
You will receive an email that will tell you everything you need to know about your Quest. In particular, there will be two important pieces of information:
- Starting Location - Where you and your team (2 players or more) should go prior to starting the Quest
- Team Code - required for Team Members to join the Quest (limited by the number of players purchased) and for the Team Lead to kick off the Quest.
What time and day can you start your Quest
You purchase a Quest with a starting time but no day - this is so that:
- You can complete your Quest during the recommended hours - some Quests require daylight to be able to spot the clues
- Teams will all likely play on the Weekend - your starting time will help prevent bunching up and overcrowding any pubs you might visit on the way
