By booking and participating in an Odyssey Horizons experience, you agree to these Terms of Service. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via your registered email address. You acknowledge that each paid slot is intended for an active participant, and every player is required to have a functioning smartphone capable of receiving communications via WhatsApp. If your group includes individuals who will not be actively participating (for example, young children without smartphones), please ensure you book only for those who will use the service. The experience is provided on an "as-is" basis, and while we strive to deliver a safe, engaging, and memorable adventure, Odyssey Horizons is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any experience if circumstances warrant, and you agree to indemnify and hold Odyssey Horizons harmless from any claims arising from your participation. By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service along with any additional policies presented during the checkout process.
